Our tool making and molding facilities are equipped with high-speed CNC, EDM, wire-cutting systems, and injection molding machines from 25-ton to 700-ton press sizes. Careful production management guarantees that each part remains traceable to specific technicians and machines from design to delivery, backed by full documentation as laid down by ISO9001.

Ranging from single-cavity SPI Class 103 tools to multi-cavity SPI Class 101 tools, our capability covers standard tools with side action and lifters, hot runners, unscrew tools, insert molding and over-molding, as well as IML tools and molding and aluminum tools on request. We also design and build precision tools for metal die-casting applications.

All tools are constructed to DME and Hasco standards. Tools built for the U.S. market are constructed using inch components. We normally use moldbases from LKM or HanFeng and cavity/core materials from DAIDO, ASSAB, or FINKL. Hot runner systems made by YUDO, Husky, DME, Moldmaster, Synnventive, and Incoe are all available per your specification.
